- For Grade A and Grade B artists, applicants should be a graduate of the National School of Drama or any other recognised theatre training institute. Applicants should have a five-year post-training experience in the field of acting and have achievements in this field.
- Applicants also having experience of 15 main languages with Hindi and other Indian languages if they performing in other major roles.
- Having a good flow in the Hindi language in both reading and speaking.
- Applicants also have a good knowledge of music, dance and performing arts.
